Add Valuable Life to Your Roof

Each application of our Shingle Rejuvenation solution will add 5-10 years of additional life to your roof. Treatment with our USDA Certified Biobased Product can be performed up to three times (every 5 years), which can double the useful life of a roof for proactive homeowners who begin the treatment process when their roof is less than ten years old.

For many homeowners, this means you may never have to replace your roof and can save thousands compared to the cost of a complete roof replacement. Additionally, the product will rejuvenate your shingles, restoring the colour and appearance of your roof and home.

Restore Colour & Appearance

Our product will deepen and enrich the original colour of your roof – almost making it look brand new. Homeowners are always thrilled with the restored appearance and enhanced curb appeal.

It will NOT turn your roof green! Our service is only green for the environment by keeping shingles out of landfills, while also keeping some green in your wallet!

Restore Shingle Pliability

Pliability refers to roof shingles ability to adapt to weather changes. Shingles are evaluated in two areas: weather-side up and weather-side down (in other words, the outside and inside of the shingle). On all treated shingles, the Shingle Rejuvenation solution improves the flexibility both on the weather-side up and the weather-side down sides.

This is important because it highlights Bright Green Roof’s ability to fully restore shingles so that they are better able to perform against the elements and helping to prevent cracking as the roof expands and contracts with the seasons. Additionally, shingles are less likely to be damaged by storms and high winds.

5 Year Transferrable Warranty

Bright Green Roof offers a 5-year warranty against shingle curling. If at any point during the 5-year warranty period you notice any additional curling of your shingles, Bright Green Roof will re-apply the Shingle Rejuvenation solution to your roof free of charge!

If you sell your home during the 5-year warranty period, the buyer of your home will enjoy the same warranty benefits.

I am very impressed with the difference this has made in my roof. It was noticeable from all the way down the street. The guys were excellent, polite and professional. They made a point of wiping everything down and cleaning everything up once they were done. I believe this to be a worthwhile investment and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to extend the life of their roof.

I had the roof done by Bright Green roof last fall and for a roof that was nearly 14 years old I was hoping for good results but not expecting what I got. The roof looks new and the colour of shingles were so much better than they had been. Well worth it for the extension of the life of the roof. Will do it again in 5 years for sure!

Steve came to spray my roof which now looks like new. I loved the punctuality and professionalism they have, apart from the fact that they were very careful not to damage the garden around my house. They are very kind and attentive to answer any questions and explanations that one needs as a client.

I had my roof sprayed by Bright Green Roof today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived right on time and were both professional and pleasant throughout the whole process. Steve and Steve, the two workers, did an outstanding job, working efficiently and making sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
