What we do is a plant-based treatment that soaks into your asphalt shingles and restores the flexibility and oils they lose as they age — so they stop drying out and cracking — and brings back some of the colour along the way. Where you land depends on your shingles, their condition when we start, and how hard our winters and summers are on them — so we quote 5 years to be safe, knowing many roofs get closer to 10.
